Paid offerings (including courses, subscriptions, and event registrations) are billed as described at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Taxes may apply depending on your location and the nature of the offering.

You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including recurring charges if applicable. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access to paid content until payment is successfully processed.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Refund eligibility depends on what you purchased and the conditions presented at checkout. If a refund policy is provided at purchase time, that policy controls. Unless otherwise stated, digital content access and downloadable materials may be non-refundable once delivered.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content will be accurate or complete. Any reliance on the Services is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bosque Florecer and its affiliates, instructors, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the applicable paid offering in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
